Have you been experiencing physical or emotional pain? In this meditation you will examine the pain from the emotional turbulence you have been experiencing, and use Tonglen to release your pain. Allow the universe’s metta loving kindness to come into you as you breath in, and as you breath out, release everything that no longer serves you.
