Deeper Still Advanced Teacher Training Welcome Letter

Welcome, my beloved teachers!

I am so honored that you have chosen to immerse in my combined Level II Mantras & Sacred Sounds Enrichment Program and Level III Deeper Still Advanced Teacher Training!!

We’ll start the journey together with our first webinar on November 29, 2026 and our first official lesson that day as well. As with your Level I training, this training includes online dashboard lessons, weekly online webinars/classes, study group connections, readings, and a Virtual In-residence Immersion on February 11-13, 2027 – all designed as a transformative journey into the power of mantras and a deeper exploration of ancient wisdom teachings.

Since I first offered Deeper Still as an advanced training in 2015, close to 200 of your fellow teachers have paved the way, immersed themselves, and become the most studied members of the Sweetspot Community.

This training continues where your initial teacher training left off with deeper, more expansive readings, learning to give personal Nakshatra mantras, lessons that provoke even deeper explorations, and an even deeper end game. After these 10 sweet weeks together, you will have over 435 total certification hours!!

During our ten weeks together we will build on the established practices and the knowledge you have integrated from your Masters of Wisdom & Meditation Teacher Training with an exploration of ancient and modern mantras, the transformative power of chant, ceremony, yoga and meditation, and Nakshatra birthSTAR mantra meditation.

During our 10 weeks, we’ll:

Discuss & study mantra – history; types of mantras; sources; Nakshatras
Learn the sacred ceremony for presenting personal Nakshatra mantras
Practice silence & listening to our inner voice
Compare mindfulness and mantra
Deepen your connection to the teachings
Spend more time studying with your tribe
Take your teaching and your business to a higher plane
Learn the sacred ceremony of presenting a personal mantra to your students
Enhance your own practice
Take your understanding to an even deeper state

Schedule and Flow of Content

Online Training & Schedule

We will have weekly LIVE online group video webinars over the course of the training (Sundays from 9-10:30 am PT), and these will be video-recorded for those who choose to revisit the weekly Zoom classes or for those whose schedules conflict with the live conversation.

As we plan ahead, mark your calendar for ourDeeper Still Immersion & Graduation sessions from February 11-13, 2027. We will create sacred virtual “retreat-like” space and spend our days connecting, learning, practicing, honing our skills, and showing up as our best versions. And of course, on February 11 we will wrap up with your certification ceremony and celebration!

Also, as part of the course curriculum, you have a small, curated reading list to immerse in, will receive weekly lessons through the exclusive online Deeper Still Advanced Training dashboard, and will further develop your skills through hands-on practice and hand-in assignments to help you develop your comfort level with the Nakshatra birthSTAR mantra ceremony. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate that:

you are able to sing the Shanti mantra (you will be provided with the audio); and,
you can teach mantras following our personal mantra ceremony script (which we will provide to you for familiarization & memorization).

Weekly Online Classes & Lessons

Our first webinar will be on Sunday, November 29 from 9-10:30 am PT and we will meet every Sunday at the same time during the training. Prior to the training start date, you will receive access to the online Deeper Still Advanced Teacher Training dashboard, and we will also connect as a tribe through a private Deeper Still Facebook Page.

Virtual In-residence & Certification

Your Virtual In-residence immersion is February 11-13, 2025.
Live attendance/participation for these Zoom sessions are required for graduation/certification.
