The Healing Sessions: Freeing Your Soul Through the Second Meditation of the Day
Ideally, you begin each day with meditation, perhaps grounding yourself in gratitude or setting a clear intention. Your morning meditation sets the tone, charts your course, and plants the seeds for everything that follows.
But what most people are missing is a second meditation practice.
Your second meditation of the day serves a distinct and essential purpose. It allows you to release, process, and let go of everything you have taken on throughout the day, including energy you are still holding, words you took personally, moments of tension, and anything that no longer serves you.
I call these the “bookends of the day,” and this course is designed to help you fully embrace that second, deeply restorative practice.
Over the course of 10 days, I will guide you through my favorite evening meditations, powerful practices to help you process your day, release emotional residue, and return to yourself. Whether you have felt reactive, said something you wish you could take back, or simply carried too much, these meditations create space for true catharsis.
As you integrate this second daily ritual, you will move into your evening, dinner, rest, sleep, and dream time feeling lighter, clearer, and more at peace.
This is a powerful healing process, one that gently frees your soul.
What to Expect in this Course
Over the next 10 days, I’ll share with you techniques that I use every day throughout the week to help me lift the weight on my heart, cleanse my soul, and experience deeper fulfillment in my life. This course is a fusion of ancient teaching and real-world meditation practice to help you balance, heal, and transform. Join me on this 10-day journey of awakening and healing.
DAY 1 – LET THE HEALING BEGIN
We begin the journey by explaining the importance of the 2nd meditation of the day and sharing some research to lay the foundation for this critical practice.
DAY 2 – UNCONDITIONAL HEALING
We are conduits of energy; conduits of love; conduits of healing – you are a hole in the flute – you’ll learn a powerful Metta healing practice to release grudges and grievances.
DAY 3 – HEALING YOUR BODY
This powerful practice, (inspired by Harvard Medical School’s Dr. Herbert Benson – who coined the phrase “the relaxation response”), uses a scientifically proven technique to activate a critical part of your brain.
DAY 4 – HEALING YOUR HEART
You’ll experience my signature heart-healing practice to help you awaken each aspect of your being and open up a portal for you to return to the memory of your wholeness.
DAY 5 – HEALING YOUR VOICE
You’ll awaken the energy of your heart and throat chakras. In the process, you’ll infuse your heart’s natural intelligence into your permission and expression center as you undim your light, find your voice and step into your power.
DAY 6 – HEALING & FREEDOM
Discover a powerful Sanskrit healing mantra to help you fully release your blockages and constrictions. As you step to the other side of your limiting beliefs, you will experience true liberation.
DAY 7 – HEALING THE PAST
This transformational reconciliation practice inspired from teachings in the bible, ancient Greek civilization, and an ancient Hawaiian cleansing ritual, will help you heal your wounds of the past and find peace.
DAY 8 – ENERGY HEALING
I coined the phrase “double tonglen” and in lesson 8, I share this signature technique with you in a powerful interactive practice designed to release you of all dark thoughts, limiting beliefs, and emotional toxicity you are holding onto at the cellular level.
DAY 9 – DEEP HEALING
Lesson 9 guides you through a journey of neuroplasticity in which you become the witness to all aspects of your physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual self. This acceptance body scan is scientifically proven to awaken forgiveness, elevate compassion, and ease your suffering.
DAY 10 – GODDESS HEALING
The ancient goddess Tara is the defender, the protector, the nourisher, and the ultimate healer. In this final powerful lesson, I’ll teach you an ancient healing mantra to awaken these archetypal energies inside your soul to continue the healing journey.
