Cancellation Policy

davidji and his team strive to provide a deeply meaningful and enriching experience for all of our program, event and course attendees. We understand and honor the reality that life circumstances sometimes arrive creating challenges. If you have enrolled in a program, event or course, and if for any reason you are called to cancel your enrollment, all requests to cancel must be received in writing to teamdavidji@davidji.com, and you agree to honor the cancellation deadlines noted in this policy.

General Cancellation Policy

— Payments made via payment plans are not eligible for a refund at any time. If you choose to cancel, we will simply discontinue future payments.
— If you choose to cancel for any reason within 7 calendar days of the day you registered, you are eligible for a refund for tuition minus a 5% cancellation fee.
— If you purchased lodging at the Meditation Nest, you are not eligible for a refund.
— Cancellations made after the 7-day grace period are not eligible for a refund.
— Cancellations made within 14 calendar days of the start day of the program, event or course, are not eligible for tuition or lodging refunds.

Meditation Teacher Training Cancellation Policy

— Payments made via payment plans are not eligible for a refund at any time. If you choose to cancel, we will simply discontinue future payments.
— If you choose to cancel for any reason within 7 calendar days of the day you registered, you will receive a refund for tuition only minus a 5% cancellation fee.
— If you purchased lodging at the Meditation Nest, you are not eligible for a refund.
— Cancellations made after the 7-day grace period are not eligible for a tuition refund. However, you may choose to move your registration to a future cohort for a $1,000 change fee.
— Cancellations made within 14 calendar days of the start day of the program, event or course, are not eligible for tuition or lodging refunds.
— If you register for the in-person experience, meaning you will travel to Carlsbad, CA, for your graduation week, trip insurance is highly recommended to cover you in case of emergency. Trip insurance is very affordable, and will cover your costs if you are forced to cancel. You are welcome to use any trip insurance you prefer.

In-Person Events Cancellation Policy

— If you choose to cancel for any reason within 7 calendar days of the day you registered, you are eligible for a refund for tuition minus a 5% cancellation fee.
— If you purchased lodging at the Meditation Nest, you are not eligible for a refund.
— Cancellations made after the 7-day grace period are not eligible for a refund.
— Cancellations made within 14 calendar days of the start day of the event are not eligible for refunds.
— Trip insurance is highly recommended for all event attendees to cover you in case of emergency. Trip insurance is very affordable, and will cover your costs if you are forced to cancel. You are welcome to use any trip insurance you prefer.

Virtual Course Cancellation Policy

— Cancellations made after the 7-day grace period are not eligible for a refund.
— Cancellations made within 7 calendar days of the start day of the program, event or course, are not eligible for tuition refunds.
