About Ian

Ian is dedicated to helping you realize the masterpiece within and helps peel back the layers to achieve it. Ian combines ancient healing practices with the science of today, bringing relief to people emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually. Ian’s trauma informed approach lends itself to work with those who have faced life’s heaviest  challenges. He works with all types of people; from children to military members, from therapists to first responders and anyone seeking comfort in the human experience. His approach has allowed him to turn trauma into triumph and unlock optimal performance for anyone operating under stress. Ian combines his training and certifications from the davidji Meditation Academy, the HeartMath Institute, the Trauma Resource Institute and the Flow Research Collective to provide resiliency training, mindfulness training, energy work sessions and meditation training for those seeking peak human experiences.

Ian deeply feels his purpose is facilitating peak experience and unlocking untapped potential for those with whom he works with. He is available for personal sessions or groups and provides both live, in-person, and remote delivery.
