Scholarships and Financial Assistance

The davidji Meditation Academy is committed to making a significant investment in our communities, and as such are committed to making davidji’s retreats and teacher training program possible for individuals who may not otherwise be able to enroll.

We are honored to offer several Scholarships to support students who want to learn to share meditation and mindfulness practices with people in their unique communities. We evaluate scholarship opportunities based on need and the established scholarship criteria.

The India Arie I am Light Scholarship is co-administered by the davidji Meditation Academy and India Arie.

Twice each year, India Arie selects a BIPOC individual who exemplifies the qualities and native energies outlined in the scholarship application to receive a tuition scholarship to the Masters of Wisdom & Meditation Teacher Training.

The Marianne Pagmar Memorial Scholarship. Applicants for this scholarship must be Swedish in descent with a desire and ability to inspire others through their meditation and teaching practice.

Twice each year the Scholarship committee will select one recipient who exemplifies the qualities and native energies outlined in the scholarship application to receive a tuition scholarship to the Masters of Wisdom & Meditation Teacher Training.

The Robin Kraut Resilience Scholarship was established as a memorial to davidji Certified Teacher Robin Kraut.

This Scholarship Committee awards this Scholarship to individuals who demonstrate a strong interest in deepening their meditation practice, a desire to teach meditation, and who embody the inspiring qualities and native energies exemplified by Robin Kraut.

We award up to two First Responders Appreciation Scholarships per training for Veterans and active members of the Military or a Police force.

This is a partial scholarship with tuition for the chosen candidates offered at the reduced amount of $1500.

Our Financial Assistance Scholarship is needs-based and aims to make the training program accessible to individuals who may not be able to afford the full tuition.

This is a partial scholarship for those who demonstrate genuine financial need. We offer a limited number of these per training session and evaluate each scholarship request based on financial need and future impact.

* All scholarships are for the Virtual track. Scholarship decisions will be made prior to training start date, and you will receive an email confirming your scholarship.

** We also offer 6 and 12 month payment plans to make the training more accessible for those who are unable to pay all of the tuition at once. The payment plan option helps reduce the monthly payments and spread them out payments over a longer time.
